M&E and facility rounds, with every reading recorded
Fix an NFC tag at each chiller, genset, pump room and tank. The technician taps it, types the reading and Wilco marks anything outside its safe range — so a problem is seen the same day, not at month end.
Log sheets on the wall
Readings written on a sheet in the plant room are hard to check, easy to copy forward, and rarely looked at.
Out-of-range missed
A temperature or pressure outside its range is only useful if somebody notices it when it is taken.
Many buildings to watch
Property managers need to see every building's rounds without visiting each plant room.
How facility rounds work in Wilco
Put the equipment into rounds and give each reading its safe range and unit. The technician taps the tag, enters the reading, and Wilco flags anything outside the range.
- Number readings with a safe range and unit — e.g. 2–8 °C
- A reading outside the range is flagged on the spot and marked bad
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly checks — overdue ones listed
- Photograph a gauge or a fault as evidence
- Rounds missed or walked late show on the board

Typical facility and M&E readings
Each one is set up in your browser: the question, the answer type, how often it is due and whether a photograph is needed.

Questions
Can Wilco record numbers, not just yes or no?
Yes. A check can ask for a number with a unit and a safe range. A reading outside the range is marked bad; a likely typing slip is queried on the phone before it is saved.
Does it connect to the building management system?
No — Wilco records what a person checks on site. It is for the rounds that are walked, not for sensors.
Can different technicians cover different buildings?
Yes. Choose which sites each person works at; each site's phones list only the people who work there.
How are monthly or yearly checks handled?
Each check has its own frequency. Wilco asks it only when it is due and lists it as overdue if the period passes.
Who can see the records?
Your office team, from any web browser, with roles for owners, supervisors and viewers. Reports download as spreadsheets for building owners.
