Prove every washroom was cleaned on schedule
Replace the paper sheet on the washroom door. Cleaners tap an NFC tag in each area with an Android phone, answer a short checklist and take a photograph — and your client can see it was done, and when.
Door sheets get filled in later
A signature on a sheet behind the door shows that somebody signed, not that the washroom was cleaned at 2 p.m.
Complaints with no record
When a tenant complains, it is your word against theirs. A timed record with a photograph settles it.
Many buildings, one supervisor
A supervisor cannot be in every building. Wilco shows every service round, at every property, on one screen.
How cleaning rounds work in Wilco
Wilco speaks a cleaning company's language: Properties, Areas, Cleaners and Service rounds. Put the areas into rounds, set how often each is due, and add the checklist for each area.
- A tap proves the cleaner was in that washroom or area
- Yes/no checks, choices and notes — with a photograph where you ask for one
- A missed service round shows on the board the same day
- If an area could not be cleaned, the cleaner gives the reason instead
- Download the records as a spreadsheet to send to your client

Typical cleaning checklist items
Each one is set up in your browser: the question, the answer type, how often it is due and whether a photograph is needed.

Questions
What is a cleaning checklist app?
An app that replaces the paper cleaning schedule. With Wilco, the cleaner taps an NFC tag in the area, which proves they were there, then answers the checklist on the phone. The office sees it immediately.
Can it work for washroom cleaning every hour or two?
Yes. Set the round to repeat every so many minutes during opening hours. Each visit is recorded, and any visit that did not happen shows as missed.
Do cleaners need smartphones?
An Android phone with NFC — a company phone kept on site, or the cleaner's own. Each cleaner signs on so their work is credited to them.
Can our client see the records?
Today you download any report as a spreadsheet and send it. Client logins, so a building owner sees only their own buildings, are on the roadmap.
Is there a QR code option instead of NFC tags?
No — on purpose. A QR code can be photographed and scanned from anywhere. An NFC tap needs the phone to be at the tag.
See a cleaning round recorded live.
We will set up a washroom checklist, tap it with a phone and show you the records — in about twenty minutes.
