Turn SOPs into verified action.
Wilco proves that physical work was done — at the right place, at the right time. Your people tap an NFC tag with an Android phone, answer the checks on the spot, and the office sees it live.
- Works with no signal
- Live in any web browser
- Photographs as evidence
Don’t just record that work was done. Verify it.
Every company has SOPs — patrol every hour, check the fire doors, clean the washrooms, log the chiller. The question your client asks is simple: can you prove it happened?
Paper can be filled in anywhere
A logbook signed at the end of a shift shows that somebody wrote something down — not that they were standing at the door at 3 a.m.
Problems found too late
A missed round or a blocked fire exit discovered the next morning is a report about something you can no longer fix.
No evidence when it matters
When a client disputes an invoice or an incident is investigated, “our staff always do it” is not evidence. A time, a place, a name and a photograph are.
Four steps from SOP to proof
Tag the place
NFC tags go where the work happens — doors, plant rooms, washrooms, fridges, car park levels.
Set the rounds and checks
In your browser: which tags, in what order, how often, and what to check at each one.
Tap and answer
Staff tap the tag with an Android phone and answer the checks — with a photograph where you ask for one.
See it live
Every tap and answer appears on the live board. Each round is judged on time, late, early or missed.
Every site, live, on one screen
The live board shows how today is going at each site: compliance so far, rounds walked, exceptions to review, the latest taps as they arrive, and when each phone was last heard from.
- A round nobody walked is recorded as missed on its own — silence never looks like a good night
- Yesterday, this week and this month at a glance, with a 30-day chart
- Open any figure to see the rounds behind it

Built for real buildings and real shifts
Everything below works today. No add-ons, no separate modules.
NFC checkpoints
A tap proves the phone was at the tag. Tags are small, cheap and fixed where the work is done.
Works offline
Basements and stairwells are fine. The phone keeps everything and sends it when it is back in range.
Checks at the tag
Yes/no questions, readings with a safe range, choices and notes — every visit, or daily to yearly.
Photo evidence
Ask for a photograph on any check. It arrives with the answer, the time and the name.
Rounds and timetables
Fixed times or every so many minutes, overnight shifts, weekday and weekend timetables.
Live board
See taps as they happen and which phones have gone quiet or are low on battery.
Reports and CSV
Daily, shift, exceptions, frequency, checks and raw taps — for any dates, ready to send.
Many sites, one account
Group sites by client and choose which sites each person works at.
What was found, not just when
Open any round and see each checkpoint, the time it was reached and what the person found there. A bad answer opens by itself, with the note and the photograph.

A blocked fire exit
Answered “No”, with a note and a photo of the boxes in the way.
A reading out of range
A chiller at 11 °C when the safe range is 2–8 °C is marked bad on the spot.
A check nobody did
A monthly extinguisher check that was not done is listed as overdue until it is.
One platform, in your trade’s own words
A security company sees Guards, Checkpoints and Patrols. A cleaning contractor sees Cleaners, Areas and Service rounds. Same proof, different vocabulary.
Security patrols
Guard tours with times, routes and checks at every checkpoint.
Cleaning & hygiene
Washroom and area rounds, with a photo of each area when it is done.
Food & beverage
Fridge and freezer temperatures, opening and closing checklists.
Retail chains
Store visits and audits by zone, across every outlet.
Safety & fire inspection
Extinguishers, hose reels, exits and alarms — monthly checks that never slip.
Facilities & maintenance
Plant rooms, meters and equipment rounds with readings in range.
Roger means received. Wilco means it will be done.
In radio talk, Roger says a message was received. Wilco — “will comply” — says it will be carried out. Every company has SOPs. Wilco shows they were carried out.

See Wilco working on a building like yours.
We will walk a round with a phone, show you the live board and open the reports — in about twenty minutes.
